Who we are
Established 25 years ago, Polaron is an award-winning, community-led multicultural communications, engagement and research services provider with offices in Australia, US, UK and Europe.
Noticing that diverse communities were often underrepresented through language and cultural barriers, we were founded on the continuing mission to transform communications and empower multicultural voices.

In collaboration with the Department of Home Affairs, Polaron reached 2.5M+ people and reduced the monthly numbers of non-genuine Protection visas applicants by 25%.
Polaron gathered insights from 2,000 recently arrived refugees and humanitarian entrants in 6 weeks for the Scanlon Foundation Research Institute, working on behalf of the Social Research Centre.
Through co-creation of in-language resources for 6 priority communities, we helped disseminate information about healthy lungs at work for Lung Foundation’s national campaign.
By providing language services for a number of health sessions for the City of Casey, Polaron ensured Afghan women could access important health information and strengthened the City of Casey’s outreach to under-represented group.
