Our missions 

Polaron Connect’s mission is to amplify multicultural voices, with lived experience and empowerment at the heart of everything we do.  

We deliver on this mission by: 

• Creating meaningful employment through initiatives such as Community Connector, Micro-grant,  Pro-bono Translations and Digital Device Donation programs. 

• Building sustainable pathways for people from refugee and migrant backgrounds through internships, placements and inclusive recruitment. 

• Partnering with more than 150 community organisations, academic institutions and leaders to co-create resources that are accessible and impactful in the digital age. 

Since our inception, we have been committed to ethical governance, inclusive practices and reinvesting surplus funds to benefit the diverse communities we serve.
