Polaron’s Youth Advisory Panel is comprised of young leaders from culturally, religiously, ethnically and linguistically diverse communities and their representative organisations. Established by Polaron in 2025 with the aim of improving community outcomes for young diverse Australians, the Panel provides direct grassroot response, advice, guidance and feedback about the quality and effectiveness of services provided by Polaron. It also assists with the development of community profiles, trends and preferences as well as dissemination strategies, creative engagement ideas and communication approaches.  

The principal focus of the Advisory Panel is to provide strategic advice and support ethical, efficient and sustainable engagement with Australia’s diverse communities when producing collaterals for government, not-for-profit and community organisations clients.
