At Polaron Connect, our Community Connectors are at the heart of our multicultural engagement projects. They play a vital role in making sure diverse voices are heard by contributing to paid surveys, community events, campaigns and research.

Who we’re looking for 

We welcome expressions of interest from people who: 

  • Come from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds 
  • Are passionate about representing and supporting their community 
  • Want to contribute their knowledge, lived experience and networks to meaningful projects 
  • Want to improve their leadership and communication skills in a structured learning environment at no cost 
  • Obtain the NAATI Community Language Aid credential at no cost 
  • Are looking for flexible working arrangements 

How to get involved 

  1. Submit an Expression of Interest form here 
  2. Our team will review your application and confirm your place in the program. 
  3. Once accepted, you’ll be added to our system and notified about upcoming opportunities.
