In the role of Production Manager at Polaron, Yueqi oversees the production team, ensuring smooth workflows and the delivery of high-quality outcomes. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams, Yueqi contributes to cross-departmental initiatives while managing complex client requests and conversations. With a background in event planning, international trade and translation, Yueqi combines organisational expertise with a focus on client satisfaction. Yueqi holds a Master of Arts in Translation and Interpreting Studies as well as a Bachelor of English Literature. Yueqi is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. 

Before joining Polaron, Yueqi developed valuable experience working with China-based language service providers and global organisations; she also contributed to international research projects requiring strong analytical and organisational skills when at a global market research and consulting firm. Additionally, Yueqi has experience working on AI training platforms, further expanding her expertise in managing innovative projects.
