Viktoriia was born in Ukraine and after finishing school, she moved to Bulgaria, where she studied Psychology at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. She is now based in Melbourne, Australia, where she is continuing to develop her expertise in the field of media and communications. Over the years, Viktoriia has gained extensive experience in customer service. She has also moved between countries several times, which has helped her develop a better understanding of different cultures and ways of communication.
