Nabilla has always believed that language is one of the most powerful tools we have for helping people, and that good communication isn’t about what you say, it’s about how you make people feel. 

With a background in psychology, she brings a lot of empathy to her work in marketing and communications. At Polaron, she handles social media, copywriting, design, and campaigns, and loves that the work she does has a real purpose behind it.

She has a soft spot for projects that bridge cultural and linguistic gaps, which makes sense given her love of languages. She is fluent in English and Malay, proficient in Indonesian, currently learning Italian, and can sign in Auslan.

Outside of work, you will find her camping, baking something sweet, or volunteering for causes close to her heart.
