Luisa Silva
Project Coordinator
With a Diploma in Project Management and Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Luisa has performed as a project coordinator of the translation production team and now for the community engagement team. In her 13 years of professional experience, she has worked in customer experience, sales, marketing, and event management roles. She has also developed strategies to reach sales targets through effective stakeholder relationships.
Luisa’s role at Polaron is focused on coordinating the execution of the community engagement projects. She also aims to develop new strategies to build strong relationships with private and non-profit organisations and communities and maintain production solutions to meet evolving client requirements. At Polaron, Luisa is leading a project with around thirteen communities developing resources in twenty languages for a campaign with the Department of Home Affairs, Australia. She speaks Spanish and English and is passionate about supporting and creating multicultural communities.
Fun fact: Luisa is a pet lover and runs a community book club in Melbourne, where she indulges her love for books and communities.
