Carla, in her role as the Head of Innovation and Develpment, has successfully overseen numerous multilingual projects. She has been instrumental in offering valuable support to organisations and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Her primary focus is currently on guiding clients in selecting the most suitable language service options based on considerations such as the target audience, budget constraints, project timelines, and overall project objectives. Additionally, Carla takes on the crucial responsibility of nurturing partnerships with community organisations and collaborators. These strategic alliances play a pivotal role in enhancing Polaron’s service offerings and expanding its operational capabilities.  

Carla graduated with a Double Degree in Business Management and International Commerce from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. Prior to joining Polaron, she worked as an international commerce specialist in the banking sector assisting Peruvian importers and exporters.  Carla also participated in the Harvard National Model United Nations in Boston, USA which gave her a unique opportunity to experience the challenges of international negotiation and diplomacy. Additionally, she attended the International Summer School at ESADE in Barcelona, Spain and did and specialisation program in International Business at ADEX in Lima, Peru. She also recently obtained a leadership certification by the Women & Leadership Australia (WLA).
