Ariana is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive research projects that focus on customer satisfaction and performance metrics. She plays a critical role in collecting, analysing and interpreting data to inform decision-making processes and improve organisational outcomes. Her work ensures that developed strategies are based on solid data, improving both customer experience and operational efficiency. 

In her current position, Ariana combines her expertise in industrial engineering with her passion for process optimisation, enabling her to deliver insightful research that drives continuous improvement. She collaborates closely with various teams to ensure that research findings are effectively integrated into business strategies, contributing to the organisation’s overall success. 

Fun fact: outside of work, Ariana enjoys playing table tennis and pickleball and is passionate about volunteering in Peru.
