Additionally, has the crucial responsibility of nurturing partnerships with community organisations and collaborators. These strategic alliances play a vital role in enhancing Polaron’s service offerings and expanding its operational capabilities.  

Alisson has a bachelor’s degree in Administration and International Business from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. She is a dedicated, innovative, and proactive individual known for her adaptability and collaborative spirit. She possesses a strong problem-solving acumen, efficiently addressing challenges with initiative, and contributing to the realization of Polaron’s goals and objectives. 

In her role as Team Leader, Alisson oversees Polaron’s projects and provides valuable support in sales management. She ensures that client expectations are exceeded and guides clients in selecting the most suitable services.
