Tracy Pham is a senior media and communications strategist. As Co-Founder of VASIA, she works to connect investors and industry leaders to build collaboration between Australia and Vietnam. 

She has led multilingual media initiatives and community engagement strategies, helping organisations communicate effectively across diverse audiences. 

A strong advocate for women of colour in STEM, Tracy supports initiatives that promote diversity in technology and innovation. She has served on the boards of Meld Community and the Vietnam Business Support Organisation, advising on media strategy and business development.
