Dominic’s role at Polaron is focused on managing the day-to-day operations of the company, developing and executing a comprehensive systems strategy aligned with the long-term company objectives. He collaborates with department leaders to identify, develop and implement processes, and foster a high-performance culture across the whole company. He has a Master’s Degree in French and Theory of Language and Literature from University College London. He speaks several languages including French, Spanish, German and Italian.

Prior to Polaron, Dominic worked with a leading European translation company, managing a range of projects for a portfolio of well-established corporate entities and European institutions. He spent several years at the Publications Office of the EU in Luxembourg. He also worked as a translator for the Ministry of Education and was the head of a language school. Passionate about community radio, he also composes music for documentaries.
