With over ten years of experience in strategy implementation and team leadership within the communications and community development fields, Her expertise spans over childcare communication, environmental communication, fair supply chain management, reputation management, corporate communication, sustainability communication and multicultural communication. 

Daniela’s role at Polaron is focused on overseeing, supporting and advising the strategic and technical operations of community engagement projects, ensuring culturally appropriate community reception while delivering high-quality resources, results and recommendations to clients. Previously, Daniela led the project of developing resources in sixty-five languages for the Voice Referendum, with more than five hundred people involved. She speaks Spanish and English.
