Fabiola is the founder and principal mentor at Professional Migrant Women, an organisation created to close the gap between migration and professional employment for women in Australia.

A professional migrant herself, Fabiola experienced the challenges of entering the job market without support, networks or local recruitment knowledge. After building those skills over time, she now helps other migrant women navigate the Australian job market with confidence.

With a background in human behaviour, community services and training and development, Fabiola has worked in the community sector both in Australia and overseas. She is passionate about women’s leadership, cultural inclusion, and creating meaningful connections. Known for her creativity, resilience, and optimism, Fabiola is committed to helping others recognise and celebrate their unique strengths.
